Rockfield Estate Vineyard is proud to be one of a small number of family owned and operated boutique vineyards/wineries remaining in the Margaret River region of Western Australia. Located in picturesque Rosa Glen approximately 16km south of the Margaret River town site, we welcome wine lovers to enjoy the tranquil views whilst indulging in our range of award winning wines.

The 80 acre property, originally part of a long-running dairy farm, was established as a vineyard in 1996/97. The vineyard currently has 28 acres to vine, with room for additional plantings in the future. Alluvial and gravely hillside loams combine with cool nights and gentle sea breezes to create an exceptionally long ripening period, providing us with grapes consistently rich in colour and flavour.

We believe that the efforts of our entire family to establish a quality family vineyard producing consistently fine wines have been rewarded. For us this has become a passion…welcome to our little patch of paradise.

2007 RESERVE CHARDONNAY PICKS UP ANOTHER GOLD!
The 2007 Rockfield Reserve Chardonnay has been awarded another Gold Medal at the 2009 Australian Small Winemakers Show - the most prestigious wine show for small winemakers in Australia and New Zealand. The Show is open to those wineries which crush less than 500 tonnes per annum.

TOP AWARDED MERLOT AT SHERATON WA WINE AWARDS!
The 2007 Rockfield Reserve Merlot has been awarded a Silver Medal at the 2009 Sheraton WA Wine Awards Dinner. With no Gold being awarded it was the only wine awarded in its class (Class 10 - Dry Red Wines; Merlot). The 2009 Rockfield Semillon Sauvignon Blanc was also a nominated finalist, in a class that the judges described as a quality field of wines.
