WINEMAKING

With an excellent year for Sauvignon Blanc the time was right to release a single varietal wine to show the quality of our terroir. Grapes were selected from both spur and cane pruned vines to show an optimal flavour profile. Fermentation proceeded in tank and oak barrel to enhance complexity.

TASTING NOTE

A true Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc showing citrus blossom, lime, gooseberry and guava with excellent mouth feel and texture.
