Rockfield Estate Vineyard is proud to be one of a small number of family owned and operated boutique vineyards/wineries remaining in the Margaret River region of Western Australia. Located in picturesque Rosa Glen approximately 16km south of the Margaret River town site, we welcome wine lovers to enjoy the tranquil views whilst indulging in our range of award winning wines.

The 80 acre property, originally part of a long-running dairy farm, was established as a vineyard in 1996/97. The vineyard currently has 28 acres to vine, with room for additional plantings in the future. Alluvial and gravely hillside loams combine with cool nights and gentle sea breezes to create an exceptionally long ripening period, providing us with grapes consistently rich in colour and flavour.

We believe that the efforts of our entire family to establish a quality family vineyard producing consistently fine wines have been rewarded. For us this has become a passion…welcome to our little patch of paradise.

Both the 2006 and 2007 vintage Rockfield Reserve Chardonnays have been awarded Gold Medals at the 2008 Perth Royal Show, with the 2008 Rockfield Semillon Sauvignon Blanc also awarded a Bronze Medal.
2006 RESERVE CHARDONNAY AWARDED SHERATON GOLD!
The Rockfield Estate 2006 Reserve Chardonnay (Release Date: Late 2008) has just been awarded the prestigious Gold medal for Best Dry White Wine / Chardonnay at the 2008 Sheraton Perth WA Wine Awards. Only one Silver and one Gold medal are awarded in each class, selected from over 130 wineries across WA.

Rockfield has earned a 5-star winery rating in James Halliday's 2009 Wine Companion, with only 12.5% of Australian wineries with this status. Rockfield Estate was also included in James' Best Wineries of the Region':
